Psychological Coaching
I help people reach their personal and business goals. I support people in identifying their momentum for change. Together we can identify the major challenges and find entry points for change within the client's own sphere of strengths, capabilities, and needs. I support teams to overcome difficult issues in their interactions to facilitate positive results and flourishing as a team.
As a coach, I connect with my clients by creating a safe, honest and respectful environment where clients learn to recognise and work with their strengths. I guide them in their personal self-discovery and development. Together we will work on reaching their goals, recognising their own resilience and forging a way forward.
I am a trained psychological coach (University of Groningen). In my work with clients, I use different evidence-based techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, Positive Psychology, Compassionate Mind Coaching and techniques to facilitate change and resilience in the social system people are functioning in, e.g. cultural context, societal expectations clients are challenged by, the organisations they are working in.
